About Her Longevity Marketplace

Her Longevity Marketplace was created to make wellness feel clear, trusted, and practical for real life. Our goal is to curate products and rituals that support long-term health without overwhelming women with noise or trends.

We believe longevity is built through daily consistency, not perfection. Every product category is chosen to support the rhythms of energy, recovery, stress resilience, and whole-body wellbeing across every life stage.

As we grow, our vision is to become a reliable home for women seeking science-informed tools, thoughtful education, and a softer approach to sustainable wellness.

About the Founders

Kathleen Ronald

Kathleen Ronald brings more than four decades of leadership in business strategy, entrepreneur mentorship, and community building. Throughout her career, she has guided Fortune 500 teams, direct sales organizations, and small business owners with a trusted reputation for helping people simplify, focus, and create meaningful, lasting results.

Known for her practical and powerful approach, Kathleen helps women cut through noise and align their time, energy, and priorities with what matters most. Her work has always centered on turning big ideas into grounded action that feels both strategic and sustainable.

What truly deepened that mission, and ultimately led to the creation of Her Longevity Marketplace, was Kathleen's personal journey through profound healing challenges. She often refers to herself as a "four-time cancer dancer," choosing to view each diagnosis not as defeat, but as an opportunity to listen more closely to her body and honor its resilience.

Along that journey, Kathleen also "danced through" seven broken vertebrae in her back and experienced the temporary loss of use of her left arm for more than 16 months. These experiences became turning points that shifted her focus from simply achieving success to understanding what it truly means to sustain health, recovery, and long-term vitality.

Rather than relying solely on conventional solutions, Kathleen explored holistic pathways that supported her healing, embracing earthing, intentional nutrition, rest, mindset, and consistent daily rituals. Each healing chapter strengthened her belief that longevity is not built on extremes but on steady, thoughtful choices made day after day.

Those lived experiences sparked a deeper calling: to help other women simplify wellness, remove confusion, and focus on foundational habits that support lasting health.

As co-founder of Her Longevity Marketplace, Kathleen brings heart, discernment, and lived wisdom to every decision. Her vision is to create a trusted space where women can find science-informed tools, supportive education, and practical solutions that make longevity feel achievable, not overwhelming.

For Kathleen, this work is more than a business - it is a continuation of the healing journey she has lived, step by step, choice by choice, and dance by dance.

Kristen Alford portrait

Kristen Alford

Kristen is a senior software engineer, systems thinker, and the founder of Clean Build Studio, where she helps businesses untangle broken systems, improve architecture, and create internal tools that make daily operations feel clearer, steadier, and more reliable. Her work has long centered on reducing friction, bringing order to complexity, and building solutions that support people in real life, not just in theory.

Before returning to school for computer science, Kristen's original degree was in nutrition and food science. That early path gave her a deep respect for human nutrition, but also opened her eyes to the disconnect between what truly supports the body and how much of the modern food system is shaped by additives, processing, and industry influence. Learning both the science of nourishment and the realities of how food is produced left her with a lasting awareness: wellness can become unnecessarily complicated when systems are not designed with people's long-term health in mind.

Throughout her career, Kristen has been trusted to step into messy, high-friction environments and create structure where there was overwhelm. She has helped teams move from confusion to confidence by simplifying what is overcomplicated, strengthening what is fragile, and designing systems that are both practical and sustainable. That same mindset now shapes the way she approaches wellness: remove the noise, keep what truly supports the body, and build rhythms that can be lived with consistency over time.

What deepened that perspective even further was motherhood.

Becoming a mother brought a new level of awareness to how health, energy, nervous system regulation, and daily habits shape not only personal wellbeing, but the tone of a home and the quality of everyday life. Like many women, Kristen found herself navigating the demands of caring for others while also trying to care for herself, often in a culture that offers endless advice but not always real support. That season sharpened her desire for a more grounded, realistic path - one that honors both the complexity of women's lives and the need for simple, supportive tools.

Her commitment to Her Longevity Marketplace is also deeply personal. After ongoing frustration with conventional healthcare that did not fully address what she was experiencing, Kristen began exploring a more holistic approach to wellbeing. Through intentional lifestyle shifts and supportive practices, she found meaningful relief and a new understanding of health as something built gradually through environment, nourishment, rhythm, rest, and consistent daily choices.

That experience strengthened her belief that wellness does not need to be extreme to be powerful. Often, the most meaningful change comes from returning to what is foundational, supportive, and sustainable.

As co-founder of Her Longevity Marketplace, Kristen brings technical rigor, personal conviction, and a lifelong interest in how systems shape health. She cares deeply about creating a space where women can access tools, education, and products that feel grounded, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive for the long term. Her vision is to help make longevity feel less overwhelming and more attainable - not through pressure or perfection, but through clarity, intention, and everyday practices that help women feel better in their bodies and lives.

For Kristen, this work is more than a marketplace. It is a reflection of the same values that have shaped her work, her healing, and her motherhood: simplify what matters, build what lasts, and support women in creating lives that feel healthier, steadier, and more fully their own.
